Tuesday April 18, 2023Today I had an incredible experience at Lansdowne Hearing when Tony Napoletano inserted a pair of hearing aids he especially selected for my hearing disability. I could hear sounds I haven't heard in several years.After wearing two different pairs of hearing aids over the past 11 years I was having difficulty with normal one on one conversation, not to mention telephone conversations. I had long since given up on hearing most dialog at the movies and on... television.I am still getting over the shock of my good fortune in finding a skilled technician like Tony who is patient, kind and caring. Tony just met with my 91 year old Mom and me for a thorough check up on Mom’s aging Signia hearing aids. Tony exhibited kindness, humor, and expertise as he gently instructed Mom how to safely keep her ears clean, how to insert the aids correctly, and how to program left and right sides. I was introduced to Tony at Lansdowne hearing by someone I contacted. On the phone explained by situation. Tony was more than willing to come to me in a nursing home. I found an empty office and he was able to set up his equipment and test my hearing. Before he did Tony asked me my expectations and needs. He when on explained many points of importance. Even patient enough for all my questions in simple to understand language. Helpful in everything from cost to keeping ears clean. Great service,... unusually patient man. Recommend highly!read more

Tony came out to test my Mother-in-law who is almost 96 years old. She has had hearing aids for many years, but has not been hearing well the last couple of years. She had been tested by a Medical ENT Hearing specialist and was told that she probably would not benefit from new hearing aids, plus she has always been frugal with her money and wasn';t sure how much longer she will be with us. We finally convinced her to try so that she could try to improve her quality of life.My wife and I... were amazed how well she can hear now with the hearing aids that Tony from Lansdowne Hearing Aids programmed for her after customized testing. She could hear us whispering from the other side of the room with our mouths blocked so that she could not read lips. Tony also will have a few follow up appointments to make sure all is well and adjust the program if need be.We have experienced way better results and customer service with Tony than we have with a national franchise name that is well recognized for Hearing Aids. That franchise has not been able to reprogram the hearing aids they sold us to a level that she could hear well. So glad we used Lansdowne Hearing Aids as her quality of life is vastly improved.read more

I purchased my Hearing Aides about little over a year ago. Tony is very gentle and patient. In the beginning, I was very uncomfortable with my hearing aids and had to go back to him few times. Tony, I have experienced the most dramatic experience of my life. That I can now finally hear after 40 years of having a problem in my left ear. I had surgery and lost my hearing completely in my left ear and also could not hear in my right ear. Tony, with your help you not only corrected my right ear, but in my left ear I was told I'll never be able to hear. As a first time user I am very impressed by Tony’s level of commitment and service. I own a small business so it’s very difficult for me to take time during the regular work day to make personal appointments. Tony was willing to meet on a Saturday for the initial visit and then after work on a weekday for a minor adjustment. I’ve been very pleased with the units and most impressed by Tony’s level of service.

Tony (the owner) has top of the line hearing testing equipment to perform your hearing test on the spot. He then has an array of hearing aids to choose from. Some so small, they're practically invisible! He will work with your insurance company to determine if you have coverage for the hearing aids and bill your insurance if you do have coverage.
